The year 2024 has started and the year witnessed its first ₹100 crore plus realty deal.

On January 7, the stamp duty registration office, saw a ₹116.42 crore worth realty deal.

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia provided by Zapkey, the deal took place in Three Sixty West, Worli.

The seller is Oasis Realty, while the buyer is Vratika Gupta, founder of Madison Sia.

The carpet area of the apartment is 11,330 sq ft, along with an additional area of 812 sq ft.

A stamp duty of ₹5.82 crore was paid for the registration of the apartment.

The apartment is located on the 49th floor of the Tower A.

The new owner will also have an access to 8 car parking in the building.
