President of one of the biggest media houses in the country, recently rented an apartment for Re 11.5 lakh per month in Bandra.

He’s the Presidnet of one of the biggest media houses in the country right now.

And he rented an apartment in Bandra for a monthly rent of Rs 11.5 lakh.

The period for which the flat has been rented is 36 months starting from September 2021.

The total area of the apartment rented measures 5,751 sq ft.

The tenant is K Madhavan who is the President of Walt Disney, Star India.

According to documents provided by Zapkey.com the landlord is Kishore Bajaj, and the building name is Kubelisque.

The building is located on Nargis Dutt Road, Pali Hill in Bandra West.

The security deposit paid for the apartment is Rs 1.38 crore.

A detailed message sent to Gautham Madhavan who signed as attorney on behalf of K Madhavan got us no response.

The apartment is located on the ninth floor of the building and along with the flat the tenants will also have access to two car parks.

Madhavan currently is the President of the media house that is amongst the top ones in the country.
