Track3D, an innovative AI-driven startup, has announced a $4.3 million seed funding round to advance its industry-first unified reality intelligence platform for the construction sector. The funding round, led by Endiya Partners, includes participation from Shadow Ventures, Monta Vista Capital, and other prominent investors. This capital injection will accelerate the adoption of Track3D’s cutting-edge platform, designed to provide intelligent, comprehensive monitoring of construction progress through AI-powered reality capture data.

Track3D’s platform is poised to transform the construction industry by offering a central hub for visual data, converting reality capture data from a mere record-keeping tool into a sophisticated system of intelligence. The platform integrates data from drones, 360 cameras, laser scanners, and mobile devices to deliver actionable insights that enhance project oversight and decision-making.

Sateesh Andra, Managing Director at Endiya Partners, expressed enthusiasm for Track3D’s potential: “Track3D is a unique example of a vertical, AI-first company shaping the digital transformation of a pivotal sector. We believe the time is now for a unified, data-agnostic construction monitoring solution to realize real-time, accurate, and cost-efficient progress tracking and deviation analysis. We’re thrilled to back Track3D’s progress and the team driven by the passion to enable structural change in the industry.”

Founded by Chaitanya Naredla (“NK”), Kiran Gutta, and Vineeth Paruchuri, Track3D stands out as the only AI-first Reality Intelligence Platform in the built environment. The Hyderabad-based company, home to around 100 experts in Product, ML/AI, Engineering, and Support, has played a significant role in advancing AI-driven analytics and 3D computer vision. The new funding will support Track3D’s plans to expand its workforce in India and open an additional office within the next year to accommodate its growth.

CEO and co-founder NK Chaitanya highlighted the significance of the investment: “The financial support from these premier investors is a testament to how bullish the industry is on the Track3D platform. Reality capture isn’t particularly new, but Track3D’s Reality Intelligence Platform is a first-of-its-kind unified platform that turns raw data into exponentially more valuable information with advanced AI tools. No more guesswork. Whether you’re in pre-planning, mid-project, or final handover, Track3D acts as your platform for all reality intelligence with a level of detail not offered by any other platform. If you can see it, we can capture and analyze it, without the need for BIM.”

Track3D’s platform has demonstrated significant impact, boosting productivity by 15%, improving schedule adherence by 12%, and reducing rework costs by 20%. Enterprise clients such as Hensel Phelps and PCI have already benefitted from the platform. Thai Nguyen, Director of Innovation at Hensel Phelps, commented on the partnership: “Our collaboration with Track3D marks a pivotal shift from juggling multiple reality capture solutions to embracing a unified, standardized platform. With Track3D, we’ve achieved a perfect synergy of speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency that’s pivotal for modern construction monitoring.”

Track3D’s innovative approach is set to redefine construction project monitoring and execution, offering unprecedented levels of detail and insight that drive efficiency and effectiveness in the industry.
