Indian cricket star Virat Kohli and his wife, Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma, have purchased a luxury apartment worth ₹18.29 crore in Mumbai’s premium residential project, Godrej Skyshore, located in Versova, Andheri West, according to property registration documents.

The apartment is situated on the 24th floor of Tower A in Godrej Skyshore and has a RERA carpet area of 216.30 square metres (approximately 2,328 sq. ft.), along with an exclusive area of 29.41 square metres, taking the total area to 245.71 square metres. The transaction also includes three dedicated car parking spaces.

The registered agreement shows that the consideration for the apartment is ₹182,913,352 (approximately ₹18.29 crore). The document was executed on July 8, 2026, and officially registered on July 21, 2026.

The seller is Godrej Properties Limited, along with One-Stop Business Services LLP, while the buyers are Virat Kohli and Anushka Ajay Kumar Sharma, who were represented through their respective power of attorney holders during the registration process.

Property records further indicate that stamp duty of ₹1.09 crore was paid on the transaction, while the registration fee amounted to ₹30,000.

The purchase adds another premium residential asset to the celebrity couple’s real estate portfolio. Kohli, one of India’s most accomplished cricketers, and Sharma, one of Bollywood’s leading actors, have previously invested in luxury homes across Mumbai and other cities. Their latest acquisition underscores the continued demand for premium residences in Mumbai’s western suburbs, particularly in established micro-markets such as Versova and Andheri West.
