Two flats in Worli were sold for a whopping ₹80.8 crore and the buyer is Binita Shah.

Binita Shah,  is the board member of BDR Pharmaceuticals and the wife of its founder and CMD Dharmesh Shah.

Shah has purchased two flats for Rs 80.8 crore in Worli from K Raheja Corp, registration documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia provided by Zapkey.com showed.

Both the flats are located on the 39th floor, in the building named Raheja Artesia,

The two apartments together have a carpet area of 6,670 sq ft with a total of 367 sq ft of balcony area.

The new owners will have access to 7 car parks in the building.

Documents were registered on November 1st and 3rd this year.

The buyer as per documents is trustee of RDS Private Family trust, Binita Dharmesh Shah, and the seller is K Raheja Corp Pvt Ltd.
