The Zydus Family Trust, managed by Pankaj R. Patel, Sharvil P. Patel, and Pritiben P. Patel, is at the helm of the transaction. Pankaj R. Patel, son of the Zydus Lifesciences founder, currently serves as the chairman of the pharmaceutical giant.
