ASK Curated Luxury Assets Fund-I (CLAF-I), a collaborative platform between ASK Property Fund and India Sotheby’s International Realty (India SIR), has announced a ₹500 crore equity partnership with ‘Amavi by Clarks’, India’s only hospitality-backed branded residences venture. The platform will strategically invest equity capital into luxury second homes across hills, lakeside destinations, and spiritual locations in India.

The first phase of deployment will focus on high-value, easily accessible second-home markets across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, and the National Capital Region (NCR).
