CIDCO has granted an extension for the online registration of Mass Housing Scheme 2022 till 24 March 2022, as per the requests of the citizens.

The deadline for the payment of fees and EMD amount and the computerized draw has been extended accordingly.

“CIDCO is always committed to fulfilling everyone’s dream of owning a home in Navi Mumbai. CIDCO’s Mass Housing Scheme 2022 has received an overwhelming response. The deadline for submission of the applications has been extended to allow sufficient time for submission of documents and payment of the EMD amount. This will give an added window to the citizens who are willing to apply,” said Dr. Sanjay Mukherjee, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, CIDCO.

CIDCO launched the mass housing scheme of 5,730 houses on 26 January 2022. Under this scheme, 5,730 houses (flats) have been made available in the rapidly developing Taloja node in Navi Mumbai.

Out of the total 5,730 houses, 1,524 houses are available for the economically weaker sections under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and the remaining 4,206 houses are for the general category.

According to the revised schedule, online registration can be completed by 24 March 2022.

After the registration, the online application and online payment process have to be completed by 25 March 2022. The draft list of accepted applicants will be published on 31st March 2022 and the final list of accepted applicants will be published on 4th April 2022 on CIDCO’s website.

The computerized draw for the scheme will be held on 8th April, 2022.

Taloja Node is one of the fastest-growing nodes in Navi Mumbai. The Mumbai-Pune Highway, Railways, and CIDCO’s Navi Mumbai Metro project have blessed the node with excellent connectivity. The Metro Depot for the Navi Mumbai Metro will also be located at Taloja and the node will be connected to the CBD Belapur node via metro.

The land has been reserved for social purposes like development of schools, degree colleges, places of worship, hospitals, community centers, hostels, etc. CIDCO has also decided to reserve the areas around the Metro stations for commercial activities. This will create a lot of employment opportunities within the Taloja node.

With affordable housing, connectivity, employment, commercial projects, and a lot more, the Taloja node will be one of the best residential nodes in Navi Mumbai. CIDCO has appealed to the citizens to take advantage of the extended deadline so that more and more citizens of Navi Mumbai can apply and realize their dream of owning a house in Navi Mumbai.
