ABSA Fashion Pvt. Ltd. has rented a property in Mumbai’s Goregaon for Rs 1 crore per month.

According to docuemnts provided by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm, the rental deal was signed on October 18, 2022.

The property rented as per doucments is the Lower Ground Floor, Ground Floor, Upper Ground Floor, and 6th Floor to Top Floor, in the I Square Building, located at Siddharth Nagar, Goregaon West in Mumbai.

The premises rented by ABSA fashion measures  1,02,165 sq. ft. is total carpet area.

The monhtly rent for the premises rented is Rs 1 crore, whereas the security deposit paid is Rs 6 Crore.

The total Lease Term is 60 Months, whereas the Lease Lock-In Period is 36 Months. The Lease Free Period is 5 Months amd the Rent Escalation is 12% after 3 years.

Along with the premises ABSA Fashuon Pvt ltd will also have an acess to 60 car parks in the building.

The property has been leased by Coriander Industries Private Limited.

ABSA Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is the company of famous designer duo Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla.
