Amitabh Bachchan’s Pratiksha Bungalow at Juhu has a new owner.

The bungalow that one is shown during Mumbai Darshan will now have a new owner.

The owner is related to Amitabh Bachchan, and his family closely.

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, provided by Zapkey Amitabh Bachchan along with wife Jaya Bachchan has gifted his Bungalow Pratiksha.

So whom did they gift this iconic property?

Documents reveal that Amitabh and Jaya gifted it to their daughter Shweta Nanda.

The gift deed was signed on November 8, 2023. A stamp duty of ₹50.65 lakh was paid for the registration of the deed.

Two separate deeds were signed, first one is plot no 14, Pratiksha Bungalow located at Vitthalnagar Co-operative Housing Society ltd, JVPD scheme, Juhu, the area measures 890.47 Sq mts.

This deed is signed between Amitabh, Jaya and Shweta.

The second deed is for the adjacent plot 15, same address as the first plot and it measures 674 Sq mts.

This deed is signed between Amitabh and Shweta.

The total area measures 1564 Sq mts.

So the new owner of Pratiksha which is spread over two plots 14 and 15 is Shweta Nanda.

Amitabh has many bungalows in Juhu, this includes Pratiksha, Jalsa, and Janak.
