Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan, along with his wife Natasha Dalal and mother Karuna Dhawan, has purchased two luxurious apartments worth a whopping ₹87 crore in Mumbai’s Andheri area. The properties, located in the upscale residential complex “Twenty,” are spread across the 6th and 7th floors and come with a host of premium amenities.

The first apartment, on the 7th floor, costs ₹44.52 crore and boasts a RERA carpet area of 474.92 square meters. The property includes four car parking spaces, a resident staff quarter with an area of 8.13 square meters in the basement, and a storage room of 2.31 square meters in Basement 2. The stamp duty paid for this house was ₹2,67,12,000, along with a registration fee of ₹30,000. This property was purchased by Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal.

The second apartment, located on the 6th floor, was purchased for ₹42.40 crore by Varun and his mother, Karuna Dhawan. It features a slightly smaller RERA carpet area of 429.06 square meters but shares similar facilities, including four car parking spaces, a resident staff quarter, and a storage room. A stamp duty of ₹2,54,40,000 and a registration fee of ₹30,000 were paid for this property.

A Combined Splurge

The total cost of both homes is ₹87 crore, with stamp duty payments amounting to ₹5,21,52,000 in total. The buyers have also secured a total of eight car parking spaces. The documentation for both properties was completed on January 2, 2025, and the registration was finalized on January 3, 2025. The seller of these premium properties is listed as D’Decor Exports Pvt. Ltd., adding a touch of luxury to this high-profile transaction.

This acquisition adds to Varun Dhawan’s growing portfolio of real estate investments, reflecting his stature as one of Bollywood’s leading stars.
