Anjali Sachin Tendulkar, wife of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, has purchased a residential apartment in the Bolinj village of Virar, located in the Palghar district. The property, with a carpet area of 36.38 square meters, was bought from Priyessca Real Estates Pvt. Ltd. for a total consideration of ₹32,00,000.

Transaction Details

The agreement for the property, a flat on the third floor of Peninsula Heights, was registered on May 30, 2025. The registration document shows that stamp duty of ₹1,92,000 was paid , along with a registration fee of ₹30,000. Anjali Tendulkar was provided with a 1% discount on the stamp duty, as per the policy for female buyers.
