Anjali Sachin Tendulkar, wife of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, has purchased a residential apartment in the Bolinj village of Virar, located in the Palghar district. The property, with a carpet area of 36.38 square meters, was bought from Priyessca Real Estates Pvt. Ltd. for a total consideration of ₹32,00,000.

Transaction Details

The agreement for the property, a flat on the third floor of Peninsula Heights, was registered on May 30, 2025. The registration document shows that stamp duty of ₹1,92,000 was paid , along with a registration fee of ₹30,000. Anjali Tendulkar was provided with a 1% discount on the stamp duty, as per the policy for female buyers.

The Tendulkars have various investments across Mumbai especially in Bandra East and West, in other parts of Maharashtra. The other investments are huge homes and bungalows, this 1BHK purchase has left many wondering.
