Arijit Singh has won the hearts of millions of people with his singing. Along with that he has also earned a lot of money.

No wonder when he went on a house shopping, Arijit bought four flats at one go in Mumbai’s Versova area.

Who doesn’t want to buy a house in Mumbai. People normally go for one house, yes, because of the real estate prices.

But when you are Arijit Singh, you can afford not one, two or three but four flats in Mumbai.

The first flat that he bought is located on the sixth floor of the building named Savita CHS, at 7-Bungalows.

The details of the first flat is that is measures 32.06 sq mts and he paid Rs 1.80 crore for it.

This flat was registered on January 22, and Arijit paid Rs 10.80 lakh stamp duty for registration.

The second flat is also located on the sixth floor of Savita building.

This flat measures 71.56 sq mts and Arijit paid Rs 2.20 crore for buying this apartment.

The flat was registered on January 22, and the singer paid Rs 13.20 lakh as stamp duty for registration.

The third flat again located on the sixth floor of the Savita building measures 79.92 sq mts.

He paid Rs 2.60 crore to purchase this flat from the owners of the apartment.

Arijit registered the deal on January 22 and paid Rs 15.60 lakh as stamp duty for registration of the apartment.

The fourth and the final flat located on the sixth floor of the building measures 70.26 sq mts.

Arijit paid Rs 2.50 crore for the purchase to the sellers of the flat.

The deal was registered on February 5, and the singer paid Rs 15 lakh as stamp duty.

The total amount paid by the singer to purchase the flats comes to Rs 9.1 crore. He paid a stamp duty of Rs 54.60 lakh.

Only by the amount that the singer paid as stamp duty a common man could have bought a 1BHK in Mira road or in Bhandup.

A detailed message sent to Arijit Singh didn’t get us any response. For all the flats, it was Tarsame Mittal who signed as the authorized signatory on behalf of the singer.

Tarsame is a known face in the talent management industry, who also handles a lot of celebrities especially from the Bollywood music industry.
