An entire residential building along with 14 flats has been put on sale in Pali Hill, Bandra. The sale will take through e-auction and the starting price is Rs 150.01 core.

For Rs 150.01 crore you can own a building, with a plot area of 2006 square meters in Pali Hill, Bandra.
The residential building having 14 flats with a total built-up area of 2030 square metes has been put on sale via e-auction.
While Rs 150.01 crore is the starting price of the e-auction, the pre-bid EMD stands at Rs 3 crore.
The Bandra building along with the flats has been put on sale by the national carrier Air India.
Ok wait this is not the first time that this building has been put on the block, but even previously, Air India tried to sell it.
Last year the same Bandra building at the same price was being sold by the national carrier. However, looks like it found no takers then.
Apart from this Bandra building the national carrier has also put several other properties that it desires to auction.
The list includes a 2 BHK, flat located on the 3rd floor, Sachin da Strains, Khar the built-up area of the flat is 130.10 square meters, and starting price is Rs 2.95 core while Rs 8.82 lakh is the EMD. This flat is with car parking and a storeroom
Another apartment is a 2 BHK flat on the 4th floor, Sachin da Strains, Khar with car parking space, the built-up area is 114.10 square meters, the starting price is Rs 2.59 core and EMD is Rs 7.74 lakh.
The other Mumbai flat is a 3 BHK located on the 2nd Floor, Sachin da Strains, Khar with car parking and storeroom, the built-up area of the flat is 137.50 sqm. approx. with the storeroom on the terrace. The starting price of the flat is Rs 3.11 core and the EMD is Rs 9.30 lakh.
The opening date of the auction is on July 8 and the closing date is July 9.
Apart from this, there are several other properties located in Maharashtra and other states that the national carrier has put up on sale.
The other properties are located in Aurangabad, Nashik, Bhuj, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Nagpur, and Thiruvananthapuram.
The e-auction will be held by state-run website MSTC Limited.
