CIDCO has launched Mass Housing Scheme in Taloja and Dronagiri areas of Navi Mumbai.

CIDCO has launched a Mass Housing Scheme, this scheme was launched on January 26, 2024 on the auspicious occasion of the 75th Republic Day. Under the scheme 3,322 tenements have been made available on a large scale in well-connected Taloja and Dronagiri nodes of Navi Mumbai through means of Navi Mumbai Metro & India’s longest sea link MTHL respectively. The online registration for the Mass Housing Scheme began on January 26.

“Under the scheme 3,322 tenements have been made available for EWS and General Category citizens in well-connected Taloja and Dronagiri nodes. I appeal that more and more citizens should take benefit of the scheme to fulfil their dream of home.” said, Anil Diggikar, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, CIDCO.

Out of the 3,322 tenements, 312 tenements i.e. 61 in Dronagiri and 251 in Taloja are available for EWS under the PMAY while 3,010 tenements i.e. 374 in Dronagiri and 2,636 in Taloja are available for the General Category. All the processes, related to Mass Housing Scheme – 2024 from registration and application to lottery will be conducted in an easy and transparent online manner and the online registration has begun from 26 January, 2024. The computerized lottery for the scheme will be conducted on 19 April, 2024.
