The three newly acquired properties are located within the Jeevan Estates Co-operative Housing Society Ltd in Juhu. The largest of these apartments spans approximately 1,550 sq. ft (144 sq. m) and was purchased for Rs. 10.95 crore, with stamp duty fees amounting to Rs. 65.7 lakh. All three properties were officially registered in December 2024, each incurring a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
