Juhu, a highly sought-after neighborhood, is known for its celebrity presence, prime location, and excellent connectivity to major Mumbai areas such as Andheri and Bandra. The area’s vibrant infrastructure and proximity to entertainment hubs make it a hotspot for affluent buyers.

The three newly acquired properties are located within the Jeevan Estates Co-operative Housing Society Ltd in Juhu. The largest of these apartments spans approximately 1,550 sq. ft (144 sq. m) and was purchased for Rs. 10.95 crore, with stamp duty fees amounting to Rs. 65.7 lakh. The second apartment, measuring 1,250 sq. ft (116.13 sq. m), was bought for Rs. 8.8 crore, with stamp duty costs of Rs. 52.8 lakh. The smallest of the acquisitions, an 851 sq. ft (79.06 sq. m) apartment, was purchased for Rs. 6 crore, along with stamp duty fees of Rs. 36 lakh. All three properties were officially registered in December 2024, each incurring a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.

His production credits include the iconic Ghajini (2008), which earned critical acclaim and an IIFA nomination, as well as the award-winning Queen (2015), which won the Best Feature Film award at the 62nd National Film Awards.
