Kangana Ranaut’s office in Bandra, is in midst of a controversy, but when she had bought the bungalow, even then it had created news for the price the she had paid.

Kangana Ranaut is in news again, this time for her Bandra office, where the BMC has found some irregularities.

But do you know, how much Kangana had paid to buy this bungalow?

Kangana had bought the bungalow way back in 2017. To be precise documents with squarefeatindia.com reveal that she bought it on September 18, 2017.

Even when she bought the bungalow it was in news, for the price the she had paid.

The bungalow measures a huge 3,075 square feet and is a ground plus three upper floors structure.

Kangana had bought the bungalow from Mumba Consultancy Pvt Ltd. Before she bought it, there use to run a playschool at the same site.

According to documents, the Bandra bungalow is part of Chetak Co-operative housing society ltd, at Pali Hill.

The actress had paid a whooping Rs 20.07 crore for purchasing the bungalow, where the BMC found these violations.

She even paid Rs 1.03 crore as stamp duty and along with the bungalow she got a 565 square feet car parking.

Earlier this year, she even carried out a puja of Manikarnika studio at the same bungalow.

The BMC issued a notice to Kangana Ranaut on Tuesday listing out violations like constructing office cabin in place of toilet and others.

Meanwhile, the action against the actor has been termed as state sponsored terror by many on social media.

Adv Rakesh Singh, tweeted that people should stand for her.

MLA Ameet Satam reminded the BMC to show such swift action against other buildings in the city too.

The actor has been openly speaking against political big wigs and has taken a stand on the Sushant Singh Rajput death.

She has been speaking against the alleged use of drugs in the Bollywood industry too.

The central government has provided the actor with Y Security after certain threat comments against her.
