Hrithik Roshan rented a flat in Juhu near ISKCON temple, the per month rent he pays will shock you. He has rented the apartment for 60 months and registered the agreement on June 18, 2020.

Actor Hrithik Roshan, has rented a flat in Juhu, his per month rent would be the highest any actor has paid at least in 2020.
The flat is located on the second floor of the building named Prime Beach, on Gandhi Gram Road, near ISKCON temple, Juhu.
The building name may sound a bit familiar, because according to reports, even Akshay Kumar resides here.
On June 18, 2020, Hrithik carried out the registration for the apartment, which he rented from Renu Neeraj Kochhar.
Neeraj Kochhar along with Kannika Dhruv Kochhar was in news recently for carrying out the biggest realty deal of 2020. Where they spent Rs 136.27 crore for an apartment spread over four floors in Mumbai’s Lower Parel.

Coming back to Hrithik, the apartment he rented is spread over 3928 sq ft. And Hrithik is paying a rent of Rs 8.25 lakh per month for it.
The agreement in regards to the rent begins on April 1, 2020 and shall come to an end on March 31, 2025. The total period of the agreement is 60 months.
For the initial 36 months the per month rent has been fixed at Rs 8.25 lakh and for the remaining 24 months the rent is Rs 9 lakh per month.
Along with the apartment he also has got two car parks located at the basement of the building.
The road and the area where Hrithik has rented the apartment has a history too. According to reports, Mahatama Gandhi would visit here often.

Gandhi would come to meet his aide and friend Sumati Morarjee. Morarjee is said to have helped a lot of Sindhis come to India from Pakistan during partition. And because of Gandhi’s visit to this area, the road is named Gandhi Gram.
Sandeep Sadh, a realtor said, “The rent paid by Hrithik for the apartment when the aspects of the buildings are considered is a fine amount. This building is a spacious sea facing one and offers a kingsize lifestyle.”
Sources, close to Hrithik Roshan said that he has been residing here for quite some time now.
Last year, actor Ranveer Singh rented an apartment for a period of 36 months. Ranveer’s rented the flat in Beaumonde, Prabhadevi, where Deepika Padukone owns a flat.
For the initial two years Ranveer Singh will be paying the rent at Rs 7.25 lakh per month, while for the last 12 months the rent will see a hike to Rs 7.97 lakh per month.
Sushant Singh Rajput, who died of suicide a few weeks ago, had rented an apartment in Bandra in December 2019. Sushant’s rent was Rs 4.51 lakh per month for the apartment located in the building Mount Blanc at Carter Road.
A message sent to Hrithik’s PR team seeking his comment didn’t elicit a response on the recent agreement.
