Two apartments in Juhu have been sold and bought by actor Kajol.

Both the flats are located on the tenth floor of the building. The building in which these two apartments have been bought by Kajol is named Ananya.

The building is on the same NS Road of Juhu, where Kajol currently resides in her bungalow Shiv Shakti.

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia.com the deal has been signed between Tryksha Projects private ltd and Kajol Vishal Devgan.

Of the two flats the first flat measures 101.67 square meters built-up, which translates into 1092 square feet the RERA carpet of this apartment is 994.59 square feet for which a total amount of Rs 5.86 crore was paid.

For this flat the ready reckoner rate mentioned in the document is Rs 4.26 crore. A stamp duty of Rs 29.32 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment.

For the second apartment a total amount of Rs 6.09 crore was paid by Kajol whereas the total built-up area of the apartment is 105.77 square meters, which translates into 1157.75 square feet.

The RERA carpet of this apartment is 1034.64 square feet and the stamp duty paid for the registration of this apartment is Rs 30.45 lakh.

Thus taking the total carpet area to 2029 square feet and the consideration amount to Rs 11.95 crore.

The documentation of both the apartment was carried out on January 12, whereas the registration was carried out on January 13.

Recently Bollywood’s Khiladi, actor Akshay Kumar paid a whopping ₹7.84 crore for an apartment in Mumbai’s Khar area.

According to registration documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, Actor Akshay Kumar bought an apartment in Khar West’s Joy legend building for ₹7.84 crore. The deal was signed on January 7, 2022.

In January Raj Kundra transferred five flats Worth Rs 38.5 Crore to Shilpa Shetty.
