On Wednesday, Mumbai Police acquired 58 residential units in Tardeo.

The residential units are located in the building number 10, M P Mill Compound.

The deal was signed between SD Corporation Pvt Limited and The Commissioner of Police, Mumbai.

The Corpus fund for these residential units is Rs 72.5 lakh.

Joint Commissioner of Police, S Jaykumar, confirmed that the residential units in Tardeo are for the officers of Mumbai Police.

A stamp duty of Rs 2.19 lakh was paid for the registration of the deal, which took place on Wednesday, (Feb 21).

Housing for the officers of Mumbai Police has been an issue for a long time, with homes within the city for them now, will help them save their time in commute.
