The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) has issued a public notice regarding the de-registration applications of two real estate projects managed by Pune Buildtech Pvt Ltd. The notice, dated September 11, 2024, specifies that the projects in question are DB Commercial Phase 1 and DB Commercial Phase 2, both located within Pune City limits.

According to the MahaRERA notice, the promoter Pune Buildtech Pvt Ltd has formally applied for the de-registration of these projects. The details of the applications, including the MahaRERA registration numbers and project locations, are included in the notice. The public is invited to review this information and submit any objections they may have to the proposed de-registration.

Objections must be submitted to the provided email address: director-comp@maharera.mahaonline.gov.in. The deadline for submitting objections is thirty days from the date of the notice.

This move is part of MahaRERA’s ongoing efforts to ensure transparency and address any concerns related to real estate projects within the state.
