Ranveer Singh will be paying the rent at Rs 7.25 lakh per month for first two years, while for the last 12 months the rent is Rs 7.97 lakh per month.

Ranveer Singh, recently rented out an apartment. The apartment he rented out is in the same building that of his wife Deepika Padukone. Singh rented out a flat on the 14th floor of the building Beaumonde located at Prabhadevi.

Deepika Padukone already owns a house on the 26th floor of the 33-storey building in Prabhadevi. Deepika Padukone had bought the 4-BHK flat in the year 2010, by paying a whooping Rs 16 crore.

According to documents accessed from the registration department by this reporter, the flat has been rented for a period of 36 months of which for the initial two years Ranveer Singh will be paying the rent at Rs 7.25 lakh per month, while for the last 12 months the rent will see a hike to Rs 7.97 lakh per month. 

The deal was signed by Jagjit Singh Bhavnani on behalf of his son Ranveer Singh Bhavnani. The deposit paid for the flat that is as huge as Rs 43.50 lakh.

The flat that Ranveer Singh got on rent measures 2319.50 sq ft.

Along with the flat Ranveer Singh has even got two car parks int he tower. Both the flats including the one owned by Deepika Padukone are located in the tower B of the building.

Beaumonde was in news when a banker Vembu Vaidyanathan, CEO of IDFC First Bank paid Rs  1.46 lakh per sq ft earlier this year to own a flat in this building. This went on the become the highest per sqft deal of the year.
