Renowned playback singer Stebin Ben has purchased a luxurious duplex apartment in Mumbai’s sought-after Bandra locality. The property, acquired for Rs 6.67 crore, is located in the Iconic 7 Co-op Housing Society, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.

The duplex spans a carpet area of 1484 sq. ft (~137.87 sq. m) and a built-up area of 165.5 sq. m (~1,782 sq. ft). It includes two dedicated car parking spaces, each measuring 11.15 sq. m (~120.02 sq. ft). The transaction was finalized with a stamp duty payment of Rs. 40.02 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.

Bandra, known for its vibrant culture, upscale residential projects, and proximity to Mumbai’s entertainment and business hubs, has long been a favored location for celebrities and elites. Stebin Ben now joins the ranks of notable personalities such as Rahul Krishna Vaidya, Suniel Shetty, and Janhvi Kapoor, who also own residences in the area.

Stebin Ben rose to fame for his soulful voice and versatile performances. He has contributed to films like Shimla Mirchi (2020) and Hotel Mumbai (2019) and web series such as Class of 2017 and Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan. In 2018, he won the Best Bollywood Artist of the Year award at the India Nightlife Awards. His hit singles, including “Rula Ke Gaya Ishq” and “Mera Mehboob,” have amassed millions of views, solidifying his position as a celebrated artist in the Indian music industry.

The property registration for Ben’s new Bandra residence was finalized earlier this month, marking another milestone for the artist in one of Mumbai’s most prestigious neighborhoods.
