In a big ticket deal, that took place on March 29, six properties worth ₹369.55 crore was sold in Lodha Malabar.

According to data accessed by SquareFeatIndia.com, provided by Zapkey, two separate deals were signed for ₹369.55 crore.

The buyers Jyotiprasad Taparia and Anjali Ashutosh Taparia, the buyers are directors at Famy Care

The first deal is worth ₹309.55 crore where the buyer is Anjali Ashutosh Taparia and the second deal is for ₹60 crore where the buyer is Jyotiprada Taparia,.

The total area of the apartment is 27,160.6 Sq.ft. Net Area (4424 Sq.ft. + 22,736.6 Sq.ft.). The seller is Macrotech Developers.

The buyers will have an access to 20 Car Parking (17 + 3 Car parking spaces) in the building.

A stamp duty of ₹19.07 Cr (₹36000000 + ₹154775000) was paid for the registration of deal.

Earlier this month Industrialist Niraj Bajaj bought a house worth ₹252 crore in Walkeshwar.
