A luxury flat in Mumbai’s prestigious Worli area has been sold for ₹115 crore, marking a notable transaction in the city’s real estate market. The 7,139 square feet apartment, located at Flat No. 6004 on the 60th floor (44th habitable floor) of Tower B in Three Sixty West, Annie Besant Road and Sadanand Hasu Tandale Marg, was acquired by Ashley Nagpal, promoter of Ebco Pvt Ltd, and his wife, Bianca Nagpal.

The per square foot cost of the apartment is approximately ₹1,61,000 shows the registered documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia. The real estate deal was registered on August 28, 2024.

The high-profile property was sold by Oberoi Realty Ltd., which has been at the forefront of luxury real estate developments in Mumbai. The sale underscores the continued demand for premium residential properties in the city.

In a significant aspect of the transaction, the original stamp duty of ₹2,85,99,000 was adjusted due to the resale within three years. According to Article 5J(a)(ii) of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1958, a rebate of ₹2,38,32,500 was applied, resulting in a final stamp duty payment of ₹4,55,02,000.
