MHADA lottery for which many keep waiting for years and which was expected to be held soon in Mumbai will make you wait further more.

Your wait for MHADA lottery in Mumbai got extended further.

Last month Housing Minister Jitendra Awhad had reportedly announced that MHADA lottery in Mumbai will be held soon.

After this MHADA’s Mumbai Board started looking for homes that can be put in the lottery.

There were reports that 2,500 homes from Goregaon’s Pahadi area shall be put in lottery.

The reason being that these homes may soon be available in near future.

MHADA lottery means a lots of hope for those homebuyers who cannot afford the real estate in open market or from builders.

The announcement from the minister had raised several hopes.

To check on the progress when SquareFeatIndia asked Mumbai Board Chief Officer Yogesh Mhase, the lottery dates. He said, “It will take time.”

He further added that the board was taking stock of unallotted tenements.

MHADA on a regular basis comes out with homes for the common homebuyers that it gives out via a lottery system.

For a few thousand homes lakh of people apply and there’s always a huge rush for these homes.

This particular news might upset many of the homebuyers who have been eagerly awaiting for a lottery.

MahaRERA Orders Refund with Interest in Serenity Project Case, Dismisses Premature Complaints
