In a fresh opportunity for aspiring homeowners, MHADA has officially launched the registration and application process for the e-auction of 53 residential plots. The auction will be conducted entirely online, allowing eligible applicants to bid from the comfort of their homes.

These residential plots fall under the jurisdiction of the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Board, and the initiative was formally inaugurated by Sanjeev Jaiswal, IAS, Vice President and CEO of MHADA, under MHADA’s “Go Live” digital initiative. The launch event was held at MHADA headquarters in Bandra East.

Senior MHADA officials, including Chief Engineer Dheerajkumar Pandirkar and Board Chief Officer Shivkumar Awalkante, were also present via video conferencing.

🧾 How to Apply

Interested participants must complete the following steps through the e-auction portal:

  • Register online
  • Submit application
  • Upload all required documents
  • Pay the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) online

The payment must be made via RTGS/NEFT and should reflect within the working hours of banks on or before July 2.
