Combined results to be announced on August 13

The Nashik Housing and Area Development Board of MHADA has officially commenced the online registration and application process for the e-auction of 105 commercial units. The initiative was launched today by the Vice President and CEO of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), Sanjeev Jaiswal.

A program held at MHADA headquarters in Bandra (East), Mumbai, also witnessed the presence of MHADA’s Chief Engineer Dhirajkumar Pandirkar and Nashik Board’s Chief Officer Shivkumar Awalkanthe (via video conference).

The online e-auction for eligible applicants will be conducted on August 12, 2025, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM through the portal https://eauction.mhada.gov.in. The combined result of the auction will be declared on August 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM on the same website.


Auction Details and Locations

The commercial units up for auction are spread across Nashik and parts of Ahmednagar district and include:

  • Satpur, Nashik – 17 shops, 10 offices
  • Shrirampur, Ahmednagar – 18 shops, 7 stores
  • Ahilyanagar, Ahmednagar – 4 shops, 49 offices

To participate in the auction, applicants must register, fill out the online form, upload required documents, and pay the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) via https://eauction.mhada.gov.in.
