Deepika Padukone, her father Prakash Padukone and mother Ujjala Padukone have rented their Bandra flat. They registered the agreement in February this year.

Actress Deepika Padukone, along with her father Prakash Padukone and mother Ujjala Padukone rented her Bandra apartment recently.

According to a real estate broker from Bandra, the flat is located in a building named CoziHome at Pali Hill.

The flat that the Padmavat star has rented out measures 850 sq ft built-up and is located on the seventh floor of the building.

Deepika Padukone also owns a house on the 26th floor of the 33-storey building name Beaumonde in Prabhadevi. Deepika Padukone had bought the 4-BHK flat in the year 2010, by paying a whooping Rs 16 crore.

She and husband Ranveer Singh reside in the Prabhadevi building.

The Bandra flat fetches her and her parents Rs 1.65 lakh rent per month.

“Actually Deepika had carried out the paper work for the rating of the flat way back in October 2019, but registered it only on February 4, 2020,” said a broker from the area.

Along with the rent, the deposit paid by the lessee is Rs 5 lakh to the actor and her parents.

Last year, Ranveer Singh, rented an apartment in Beuamonde for a monthly rent for a period of three years.

Ranveer is paying Rs 7.25 lakh per month rent for first two years, while for the last 12 months the rent is Rs 7.97 lakh per month. Ranveer even paid a deposit of Rs 43.50 lakh for the flat located on 14th floor of the building.

Actors are known for paying a hefty rent, even Sushant Singh Rajput had rented an apartment in Bandra’s Carter Road.

He use to pay Rs 4.51 lakh rent on an average for the three years he had rented the apartment in Mount Blanc building.

A detailed message sent to Deepika Padukone seeking her comment got us no response.
