Actor Karan Kundra last week bought a home in Bandra by paying Rs 14 Crore. His neighbour will be cricketer Prithvi Shaw.

Karan Kundra who is much talked about these days for his latest Bigg Boss stint and also for his love life with his fellow Bigg Boss inmate Tejaswi Prakash has spent Rs 14 crore to buy a swanky house in Bandra.

Karan Kundra’s new luxury flat is located in the building 81 Aureate, the same building in which recently cricketer Prithvi Shaw bought an apartment.

Documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia reveal that Karan Kundra’s flat is located on the 12th floor of the building. Shaw’s flat is on the 8th floor of the building.

Karan Kundra executed the documents of sale on May 2, whereas he registered the deal with the registration department on May 13, 2022.

The seller of the property to Karan Kundra is Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC).

The total area of the apartment is 5238 square feet and along with the apartment, Karan will also have access to three car parking spaces in the podium.

During the registration of the apartment a stamp duty of Rs 81.81 lakh was paid.

The Ready Reckoner value of the apartment bought by Karan Kundra is Rs 14.66 crore.

The apartment bought by cricketer Prithvi Shaw was priced at Rs 10.5 crore for a 2209 square feet flat.

A detailed message sent to Karan Kundra got us no response.
