According to documents accessed by Square Feat India provided by Propstack, the lease deal commenced on May 15, 2023.

The owner is Urvasi Infratech Pvt Ltd, whereas the tenant is Stt Global Data Centres India Pvt Ltd. 

The property rented is spread from ground, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and terrace floor of the building, DLF 2 Tech Park, Data Centre, 1 at sector 143A of Noida.

The total built up area rented in this Noida building is 3.67 lakh sq ft.

The total tenure of the lease is 180 months, which is 15 years. 

The rent escalation is 12% every 36 months.
