WeWork India Management Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for an initial public offering (IPO). The IPO comprises an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 43.75 million equity shares by Embassy Buildcon LLP and 1 Ariel Way Tenant Limited. The company, a leading flexible workspace provider, will not receive any proceeds from the sale.
