Music Composer and reality show judge Anu Malik along with his wife Anju Malik bought an apartment in Bandra by paying Rs 13.5 Crore.

According to documents provided to SquareFeatIndia by IndexTap.com – Real Estate Advisory Firm, the deal was signed between Anu Malik, his wife and the seller Sun Blend Realtors Pvt Ltd on February 2, 2023.

The details of the property include, flat number 901, located on the 9th Floor, of the building The 50Seven, located in Bandra-Khar area.

A stamp duty of Rs 81 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment.

The flat measures 2205 sq. ft. which is the RERA Carpet area of the apartment. Along with the apartment, Anu and his family will also have an access to three car parking in the building.
